Winter Reminders

Please utilize your driveways as best as possible when parking your vehicles. Not only will this help keep the roads clear, but we will also spend less money on snow plowing and ice treatments if there are fewer obstacles the driver needs to maneuver around.

An initial plowing of snow starts at 3”

Complete removal of snow will commence after the snow stops.

There are other neighborhoods that our vendor serves, and he will rotate the order in which he plows them so we will not always be first, or last.

Please understand that there could be snow at the end of your drive during this process.

No Parking on streets
The community association would like to remind you not to park your vehicles along the streets.  Parking along the streets makes it difficult for emergency vehicles to reach their destination.

To assure that our community is viewed as a neighborhood people want to move into, we are again asking all homeowners to assure that their trash cans are out of view from the street.

The Allen County and City of Fort Wayne Plan Commissions require that each community that is developed have Covenants and Restrictions that are recorded with the plat to protect the integrity of the community. This document details the initial rules and guidelines for architecture, landscaping, dues, and a host of other items that will concern future residents. The Covenants and Restrictions require that an Association is established and gives that Association the right to collect dues. To see your association information, click here

Dues are used for various community expenses including, but not exclusive to, snow plowing, pond maintenance, mowing of common area, entrance maintenance, property taxes, insurance, and utility bills. These are ongoing costs to run the Community Association.

To assure that our community is viewed as a neighborhood people want to move into, we are again asking all homeowners to assure that their trash cans are out of view from the street.

Neighborhood Safety

Here are a few tips to reduce crime in our neighborhood

1) Turn your yard and garage light on from dusk to dawn.

2) Keep your garage door closed even when you are home.

3) Make sure your car is locked and keep valuables out of sight.

4) Report any vandalism or theft to the Allen County Sheriff Department. The non-emergency number is 449-7535.

5) Be a good neighbor and keep an eye on their property.

6) Report any issues with animals to Allen County Animal Control at 449-1244.
